Hormonal changes can affect energy, sleep, weight, mood, focus, libido, and overall quality of life. For many people, these symptoms are dismissed as “normal,” labs are labeled “fine,” or treatment is reduced to generic advice that does not address the underlying problem.
The Hormone Optimization Program is a physician-led program designed to evaluate and treat hormonally driven symptoms in both women and men using individualized, evidence-based care. The program is offered in person, with a virtual option available for patients who do not have access to physicians trained in hormone management.
This is medical care grounded in clinical judgment, not protocols, trends, or social media claims.
What Makes This Program Different
This program is led by a physician with advanced training in hormone management who takes the time to listen, evaluate context, and guide patients through what is evidence-based versus what is myth.
Care is not driven by rigid lab cutoffs, automated panels, or one-size-fits-all dosing. Decisions are based on symptoms, clinical assessment, objective data, and individualized risk–benefit discussions.
There is no supplement sales model and no cookie-cutter hormone protocol.
In-Person Care and Body Composition Assessment
The preferred format for this program is in person. In-person visits allow for a more complete evaluation, including body composition analysis and discussion of how lean mass, fat mass, and metabolic health interact with hormones and aging.
Body composition metrics provide clinically useful information that standard labs alone cannot capture and help guide treatment decisions over time.
For patients who cannot attend in person or who live in areas without access to trained hormone physicians, the program can be completed virtually. The clinical approach remains the same, with adjustments based on access to testing and measurements.
How the Program Works
The program begins with a one-hour comprehensive intake visit. This visit is intentionally unhurried and focused on understanding the full picture. Symptoms, medical history, lifestyle factors, prior treatments, and personal goals are reviewed in detail.
Laboratory testing may be recommended when clinically appropriate. Testing is never automatic and is ordered based on symptoms and clinical judgment rather than a preset panel.
Based on the evaluation, treatment recommendations are provided when indicated. This may include hormone therapy, non-hormonal options, or a combination of approaches, with the goal of improving how you feel, function, and age over time.
A follow-up visit is scheduled approximately 6 to 8 weeks later to assess response, review data, and make thoughtful adjustments.
Hormone Optimization for Women
This program supports women experiencing symptoms related to perimenopause, menopause, or other hormonally driven changes. Common concerns include hot flashes, night sweats, fatigue, brain fog, sleep disruption, mood changes, weight changes, and low libido.
Care is individualized and grounded in current medical evidence, with attention to symptom burden, risk factors, and long-term health.
Hormone Optimization for Men
The program also supports men experiencing symptoms related to low testosterone or age-related hormonal changes. These may include low energy, reduced muscle mass, increased fat mass, decreased libido, mood changes, poor sleep, and impaired recovery.
Evaluation and treatment are approached thoughtfully, with attention to symptoms, body composition, metabolic health, and safety considerations.
